First impressions on the Super 3, its has great potential and certainly takes your breath away.
This model arrived at Krazy Horse this week.

Maybe it’s an optical illusion, but it does look as if the occupants are way higher than in the M3W 5sp. Or maybe the screen is shorter?

Fuel tank is under the seat (in future a battery could go there for an EV version?) so the seat is higher
Most significant factor for us is that the Super 3 has a lot wider front track than the 5 speeder and so not a great prospect on our narrow roads....you won't want to be putting those "special Morgan only" front Avons at risk....

I wonder if US authorities will still call it a "motorcycle" if only in some states. The unnecessary close together additional headlamps where a classic grill should ideally be suggest they may be a sop to the US market.

The auxiliary front lights are purely optional, nothing to do with US (or other) requirements.

I had a chance to drive this car yesterday and it's quite impressive. It is hard not to keep comparing it to the M3W but that's missing the point as Morgan specifically designed this as a next generation Three-Wheeler and not a M3W 2.0. I think they have done a great job.

It feels very solid and well put together, goes well, the engine is smooth and pulls well at low and higher revs. I did notice the extra width and higher seating position but soon got used to them. The ride is excellent and the steering is quick and direct, I expected the 6 o'clock position of the ignition key to be weird but once on the move didn't think about it again, however I think the handbrake would be better on the left of the gear lever as it seemed to get a bit in the way of the gear lever.

I won't be trading in my M3W just yet but can see myself in a Super3 sometime in the next few years!
