I recently installed the sun visors but unfortunately one of the mounts broke away from the frame. Has anyone had this problem and if so what their fix?
A new windshield is $1500 US!

The only idea: try proper screw length and a two-component adhesive

Thanks Hanes I’ll give a two part adhesive product a try if that doesn’t work I’ll probably split the frame from the glass and try soldering the boss and frame back together.🤞

I’ll probably split the frame from the glass and try soldering the boss and frame back together. What could possibly go wrong ??

Or solder/braze the boss to a thin inverted U bracket that is a snug fit over the frame.
May have to adjust hood rubber to suit.
