It's getting crowded at the top. With words and PE marketing stuff. Like you, I've worked (admittedly briefly) in this world. Mostly, the Emperor's new people have few clothes, but no one can dare say it out loud! I have every confidence that MMC will grow and be successful in this new form, but the Morgan I felt part of is fading away and I think Morgan will be "just another small volume car maker". Not sure if I'll keep my Aero Supersport Roadster (as the V5 describes the Plus 8) or not. If I look at the Porsche world there are committed Porsche owners that live in the 1970s, they are supported by the factory and specialists, but have no interest in the new Porsche world. Perhaps that is Morgan's future. We already have the 3 Wheeler group, the Trad Group and the Aero Group. All should be able to happily exist with the CX and Super 3 owners, BUT the factory and MSCC have to understand this and embrace the old, without losing focus on the new. Just Politics, really. I hate Politics.

....and by the way, what exactly does the company continues its sustainable journey mean ? It means whatever you want it to mean. Probably wood fuelled steam powered Morgans.

Wonderful, just wonderful. Are Dilithium crystals the source of the power, rather than wood?

No it's sustainable, driver created methane.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I hate Politics. Like any other niche car maker, enthusiasts naturally fall into pigeon holes. There will always be some movement between groups but essentially it's mostly fixed in time. Nothing shows this better than the original 3 wheeler brigade. As a Trad owner & enthusiast, no other Morgans have lit my fuse. As the CX develops it moves further away from my ideal. MG was the same. A few models I liked. The rest I did not. When MG went bust, it had no effect on my enjoyment of the classic MG. Nor did it affect the specialist clubs. Whatever the future holds for Morgan, Trads will always be around.
