Despite the spline issue which I am sure also affects the non Bleazey conversions I would 100% get it done again. The splines may never be a problem on the majority of cars but the rollers will be a problem on ALL cars. Do you want the engine out everytime the rollers go cos I don't? Worse still they go whilst on your travels.

From my understanding the spline issue doesn't affect the standard non PB centa drives - the earlier Harley cush drive yes, but not the standard centa.
I'm sure Phil is trying to sort the issue with his hub/crank spline fit (if that is the issue - which has not yet been confirmed) but if the splines do go lose then it can also affect the crank.
Very true about the rollers, but same again, some MMC rollers fail at 3000 miles and others at 23000 miles.

Very few go more than 10,000 though eh? Wouldn’t risk it myself.

You are very lucky. Mine did 13,000 and I thought I was very fortunate at that. When Morgan serviced it they told me two rollers had disintegrated so it went straight to Phil’s from there. It came back a very different beast.

On my first M3W I did the Bleazey conversion at 24000 miles and the rollers were still fine, my new car also has the Bleazey conversion and the rollers are still OK after 16000 miles.

I suspect the roller life strongly correlates to driving style, which of course is difficult to quantify. And everyone will say "but I'm a smooth driver who is easy on the machine". Which reminds me of the survey where something like 88% of U.S. drivers rated themselves above average.
