27 m · We're devastated to hear of the passing of Doddie Weir. A Scotland legend, his determination to raise awareness & help find a cure for MND epitomised his personality. A brave man on both the Rugby field and his stance to this truly horrible disease.
By his actions he has raised the profile of MND and how it affects people and their family's in a devastating way.
He leaves a legacy with his charitable work that does him proud.

I have a friend who was diagnosed with this horrendous disease 2 years ago - Doddie did a fantastic job of raising the profile and campaigning for research funding - RIP!
