I received a replacement sensor from China. ![[Linked Image]](https://zupimages.net/up/22/48/4q2y.jpg) I also have one of these to fit over the winter. Please share the installation procedure with us if you can work out how it should be done.

The adjustment is done with protune display gauge and look value of throttle sensor voltatge and adjust the sensor to about 0.230 volt in slow position.
The value is more for the 58mm throttle.

The value is more for the 58mm throttle.

Good information - Thanks! Bunny - have found the voltage also can be 0.28v and more commonly 0.40v. All depends on Throttle Body/Butterfly plate wear. Also check you have a TPS with the slotted holes for adjustment as in GLLOQ image - later TPS from S&S have fixed hole position.

It's probably not the time of year to check it on the road in Switzerland but did you resolve the idle issue in the end Laurens?

The project is on hold due to the snowy weather in Switzerland. And also as we’re on holiday and driving the Mea Hong Son loop in Northern Thailand with the motorbikes This is absolutely the most amazing road on the planet. Would be fantastic to do it in a M3W as well. For the ones interested search on internet for Mae Hong Son loop Thailand
