Not seen a CX steering wheel painted body colour before, I wonder if they take it apart or just mask it up really well prior to spraying ('cos you can't bake leather)

I think you don't have to heat fresh paint in ever case.

Joh is already right ... that is powder coated ... so must be heated

The wheel has to be taken off the car and taken apart to get the centre off. I acquired a "spare" wheel and have had the centre painted body colour and am now waiting to fit it to the car. I got the idea from a Plus Six I saw a few months ago that had been done.

So it's done... the baby is coming home. It was great 120 kilometers with open roof. Warm 2 degrees Celsius
But I am a little disappointed with Morgan.
There were no problems at all. The brakes work great. The roof opened and closed quickly. The side windows are tight. So all fears did not come true on the first drive. But that can all still come. Let me surprise.
