Croeso! Enjoy the car and Gin. Have a look at local (ish) clubs. DevaMog might be the nearest. Hopefully the weather holds to enable you to get out often. If not get waterproofs!

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome - truly appreciated. To answer the question asked by members local to me, I'm based near Denbigh so pretty close.
Just finalising some matters with KH and hopefully the car is to be delivered next Tuesday - one of the things I am wondering is whether it is worthwhile having a stage 1 system fitted whilst the car is still with the dealers who are located at the other end of the country. What do folks think - is it an unnecessary indulgence or will it provide worthwhile bang for buck?
Thanks again all.

Just wanted to add my name to the list of those welcoming you to the madness.. I have no advice to offer on the M3W as I have not even sat in one, but I imagine that it might come as a bit of an adventure to find yourself sitting behind a wheel while almost as exposed on a m/cycle..? To be looking to manke it go faster before even becoming acquainted ... Hmm..? All this from someone who was also a m/cyclist and wonders how he managed to live into his 70`s Your M3W looks sophistacated compared to my old +8.. ENJOY..

Your point about making the car go faster before getting accustomed to it is salient however this isn't my aim here. One of the reasons for buing the 3 wheeler was to enjoy the thrills at sensible speeds which suits me these days. I am though keen to maximise the aural pleasures of the car and to allow the engine to breathe properly, perhaps improving responsiveness - points I should have probably made in my last post. My question is, will the stage 1 benefit me and the car significantly and do people consider it a worthwhile investment? Really appreciate all opinions.

Ginmoggie ... dropping a duplicate of your question into the 3 wheeler section might get you more replies I can think of several roads in N Wales that will be a hoot in a 3w ...Barking it's way up the Llanberis Pass or the A 487, Minffordd up to Cross Foxes with the noise blatting back at you off the sides of the valley would be a treat 🙂
