We are reaching out to inform you of an upcoming software maintenance that needs to be performed on the server where your account with primary domain name tm-img.com resides.

The maintenance will be performed due to a new cPanel release of MariaDB, which provides significant performance upgrades and is required for the latest updates of applications such as Moodle, and soon-to-come WordPress, Joomla, etc:

The exact upgrade will be from version 10.3 to version 10.6, which is marked as stable by the software developers and has a long life span based on the release logs of the MariaDB software, this will ensure a positive outcome for both your applications and the servers' health, as this will reduce overall load due to faster querying for the SQL databases

Due to this we are opening a 4-hour window in which we will upgrade the MariaDB of your server alongside others in the same batch, note that the downtime should not exceed only a few minutes, however since the upgrades are performed in batches of servers, each set will have a 4-hour window in which we will upgrade the servers, the window for your server's batch is:

Maintenance Start: 22nd of December, 2022, at 09:00 AM (UTC)

Maintenance End: 22nd of December, 2022, at 12:00 AM (UTC)

Additionally, we would like to note that this event will not affect the data of your account in any form way as it will be upgrading only the underlining software which fully supports the currently used data, everything on the old MariaDB engine will works in the same way on the new one, the reason behind the upgrade is security, stability and most of all performance.
