I just read this info below on another website. Some of you may have known or had dealings with Peter. A good all round bloke.

A sad announcement by Newtown Motors today. No longer associated with the Morgan Motor Company but whilst they held the dealership in Wales, Peter was well known to our members, including those who bought their cars from him. I have sent our condolences to his family.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce our beloved Peter Constable has passed away peacefully.
Peter touched the hearts of thousands with his enthusiasm, humour and his presence was infectious.
This leaves us all very sad but full of wonderful memories and stories, rest in peace Pete from all of the Newtown family, staff and friends you will be missed but never forgotten.
Our hearts go out to Teresa, John and Denise and all the family at this sad time.

Oh no, how sad. I bought my +4 from Peter a true gentleman. Helped me a couple of times with issues and personally took my car back to Morgan and insisted thet fixed it. I will be forever grateful to Peter. RIP

Peter was, at one stage, the”irelandEast” dealer and I bought a +4 from him in 2009 Wehad a great relationship and good banter when Ireland played Wales. A sad day - my condolences to his family and friends.

Very sad. I bought my 3.7 Roadster and my Aero from him. Always excellent help and advice, and it was a sad day when Newtown lost the Morgan dealership. RIP, Peter.
