Hi TMers
A couple of years ago when I was after information about rebuilding Webers I came across this YouTube channel. Since then I found out that he has been putting out decent films about rebuilding an old Farmhouse, built around 1660 to all sort of cars , lorrys and tractors. So if you bored and want something to watch, please go to D3Sshooter. If you do, please let me know what you think. I know YouTube has alot of rubbish on it but this one is a good one.
Anyway please can I pass on to all my best wishes for 2023.

Agreed and seconded, Dave. I've been watching his videos for a full year now. He's one of those rare birds that is posting YT videos to be informative, not to stroke his own ego. In addition to the series on DCOEs, he has an excellent series on rebuilding SU carbs. There are lots of other videos on general practice and a sensible mechanical approach. One could learn a fair bit about rust repair watching his work on an old Citroen. Definitely a worthwhile follow.

I can only confirm what is being said here. Currently it is about the Webers in my wife's Alfa. D3Sshooter makes such clear and very comprehensible videos that I wanted to disassemble the carburetors myself now in the spring. Without his videos I would not have dared to do it. Here is video no. 2 a „disassembling and cleaning“ a Weber DCOE.

Everything is absolutely worth watching, whether you're tinkering yourself or just want to watch and learn. Very excitingly done and he is a very likeable guy.
