Just a quick warning to any new Super 3 owners, protect your front axle with some anti-corrosion spray!
I’ve done 500 miles in my Super 3 and it’s already started to rust. I said to the dealership and they said this happens if you plan to drive the car in winter. They recommended I use ACF50 spray. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting to have the rattle can spray paint out on my brand new £50k car.

Here’s some pictures of mine albeit I thought the suspension and steering components looked vulnerable so gave them a liberal coat of ACF-50 not long after getting the car.

It looks like the weld spatter hasn't been cleaned off after welding was completed. Poor preparation like that doesn't bode well for the coating longevity. I would have expected the frame to be powder coated but it doesn't look like it - anyone confirm or otherwise ?
