I think, the bottom line is that your going to look very different to everyone else around you on the road if you are driving a M3W.

You are wearing the car as well as wearing head gear etc... so I think you just have to be bold enough to just go for it and wear something that works from a practical point of view as well as an aesthetic one.

Would a modern cycling helmet or a modern motorcycle crash helmet look better in a M3W than classic/vintage style head gear ?..I think not.

I reckon you can mix old and new and make your own personality come through.......take a look at the Davida website and I think you will get a picture of what I mean.

They are the coolest thing out there...you just have to be brave enough and go for it !

Mutley was right all along ! thumbs

Davida are an interesting company, I've met some of their staff a few years ago and they have a passion. The helmets are all hand finished and made in England and as such seem the ideal partner to a Morgan!

Can't you see this vision sitting in your M3W?

or maybe this is the look for the M3W? woohoo

They do seem to have an eye for nice models and interesting bikes including a nice battered alloy tanked Guzzi that nearly inspired me a few years ago to build one!

You, me, and many other 'experienced' bike enthusiasts with Cafe Racer tinted spectacles.

By the way Jay....have you come across Norley ?

These great-looking vintage Holden helmets have selections for cold, wet, and summer use.

Yes, I agree Steven. In reality these are probably all you need...unless...the car goes over... scared

In which case a helmet may not be enough considering the low rollover bars on the Morgan which are almost more aesthetic than functional. I think that if I had a M3W that I would get a leather flying cap as Steve has suggested for around town and if busy roads and on longer trips, at least a hard cap helmet. Goggles regardless of type of traveling.
