Do you know what the sprocket and bevel gear should look like? Do you have a sketch or drawing of the parts Heinz ?

Clemens, unfortunately I have no clue, I will try to find some drawings in the net. I would appreciate it very much if someone in the know could help here. SimonH had some valuable information about the reason why a 4.1 diff is not available from BTR, here: http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/757584/re-diff-noise#Post757584

If you have a drawing I may be able to help you make the parts.

Now comes my point, the small Sigma 1.6 of the 4/4 has adjustable intake and also adjustable exhaust cams.
This video shows how it works https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uq7rpkfIQLw

Hi chaps, Some inevitable topic drift going here and to be clear I have no issue with that, but do I remain keen to hear from anyone else who's had experience of the tune offered by Cain at WP? Monty is off to Fusion Fabrications on Friday for what I hope will be essentially a replica Duratec Plus 4 Super Sports exhaust system from manifold to tailpipe, my system will definitely include a less restrictive cat so I need to make sure I have a strategy in place to avoid the dreaded engine management light issue. I welcome any further feedback on this subject from others in the know like Keith (Burgundymog), other Morgan enthusiasts who have genuine real world experiences of tuning their Duratec Plus 4 and especially anyone who's done so without following the obvious throttle bodies and stand alone ECU path. Thanks, Dave PS: I'd like to publicly thank Keith (Burgundymog) for his contributions and advice both here and by PM, cheers Keith, much appreciated

This is the dyno trace done today on my 2013 Duratec Plus 4 which has had the Williams remap. What is interesting is that as the engine bay warmed up the BHP fell dramatically. At the third run it had dropped to 136 BHP from 145. BHP pretty much the same as standard (don't know what it was before remap;10 years wear and tear on engine etc) however post remap the torque curve is pretty flat with only marginal dipping at 2500 - 3250. Def going for a short air intake now on the inlet side. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2023/05/05/Dyno-Results_0001.jpeg)

Also await with baited breath what Monty will put out when all mods are complete. Interestingly with yours, the 145 is, as you say much the same as standard. I also had the Williams remap a few years back and to be honest, did not feel the difference to any great degree when on the road. Maybe, a little more zip above 4k but hard to remember what it was like before. Be interesting to hear what you think over the next few drives.
