Nice fresh blow-away-the-cobwebs drive through the Suffolk countryside to Darsham to fill up ready for the St SWMBO's day drive out and lunch tomorrow. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2023/01/31/IMG_2967.md.jpeg) Looking forward to it but my passenger is insisting on the tin top.

Decided the weather was just about good enough to head out for a drive today, for the first time this year. Only a few minutes drizzle up in the Lakes, so I just kept going. The roads were very quiet, being out of season. Was really nice to back behind the wheel again - a month seems too long without a "fix!" +1 thanks for organising John. We were in the only other Mog, despite extra pops and bangs for drivers side Aero side pipe. Think something has come loose inside but you can open them up so hopefully I can put an end to this baffling situation

Think something has come loose inside but you can open them up so hopefully I can put an end to this baffling situation Sounds like it needs a good 'stuffing', hopefully won't cost a wadding to sort it

Was at work yesterday doing Duke of Edinburgh stuff so went out for breakfast this morning instead. Bit cold first thing, so the Mrs insisted on leaving the roof on, or it was a tintop journey...... Went to The Roadehouse (in Roade, rather than being a vehicle related cafe) and had a fab vegan breakfast. First one for about five months due to sailing in Greece in September, then back for a right ankle arthroscopy (fusion). So SORNd till end of January. I’ve been able to drive the L200 since the plaster came off in early January, but the accelerator on the Mog requires more ankle movement, so although I had a lovely drive, my foot was painful next day, so was forced to watch the rugby. Keeping fingers crossed that there’ll be many more drives soon….

Quick drive along Blackpool prom alone and chilled then more 'cosy' cockpit with wife and hound to Lytham. Top up as was using drive to help dry out the second coat of green on the mohair.
