No, well out of my price range unfortunately. Although if the S&S problems make them unrepairable, then who knows

to answer the downpour (or deluge) question. I ended up with about an inch (25mm) of water in the foot wells..... there are now a couple of drain holes on each side
quality..... when I stop laughing I will try to answer that

Spend some time reading through this forum researching the M3W you will form your opinion which is more important than anything you are told.
For what it is worth, on reading your operational questions I would say it's not for you. That's honest...

When it rains, driving is no fun, visibility is poor, and I have to wear proper gear to stay dry. But I don't have to worry about my bike in or after the rain. I just park it as wet as it is - and then I drive it again the next week once the sun is back. Obviously the M3W requires a dry garage, can't be parked outside under a tarp all year. I suppose a M3W would require more attention after being driven in the rain. Will I have to disassemble certain parts, blow dry them with compressed air? What about the seats?

Not really - I will chamois the rain off the body if putting it into the garage. If a downpour has left water in the car then I would mop it up and dry the seats with towels. But I tend to drive with the passenger tonneau on. Thats it!

BTW a good blog on the M3W ownership proposition is Robert's Westmog blog also referenced here in TM. Mind you I did smile at the section called "Don’t be put off buying an M3W by classic Morgan owners who inhabit the (Three Wheeler) Morgan forum"

Not really - If the inside is wet then just remove the bottom seats and mats (10 seconds) and towel dry. We (3 x M3W's) got hit by the massive flooding in Nimes (South France) on return trip from Grindelwald back in 2021 - water coming in through floor gaps - in some places water was above bottom chassis rails - everything was absolutely soaked thru - car ran fine and when we got home 10 hours later that night just put car away into garage and waited till morning to dry it out. Next morning every car started fine and no residual affects of getting submerged the night before.

Thank you very much for your answers.
So rain aftercare is not really a problem.
But maintenance of the S&S engine could become one.
And I learned that owning a M3W is like having a badger for a pet.
Well, I think the M3W has one big advantage over any pet: when you are fed up and frustrated about it, you can just leave it sit in the garage for some time.
