DIY day at a friend's who owns a 2010 Morgan 4/4 sport, 1.6l Sigma engine
The Target is to mount an aluminum radiator from Mulberry Fabrications Ltd, reference MFRAD06.
the build quality is very good, the mounting kit is very well designed, the original fan fits the new radiator perfectly :

you have to shorten the water hoses a little so that they fit perfectly, nothing complicated... :

There is plenty of space to position the radiator in the right place, once the grille is raised, the radiator is perfectly protected from gravel impacts :

Good result thumbs

I found it relatively easy to fit my very similar SiFab radiator without removing cowl or grill. The extra space is just needed to remove the OE rad, but if you separate the rad from fan and it's cowling in situ, the former just slips down. New rad assembled with fan then slips in upwards from below easily. I admit having a ramp makes this easier though.

Hi Jon what in the photo tells you it is a SSL suspension up grade,my Australian delivered 110 year anniversary model has the same looking suspension ie spring and shock colors etc. what little paper work I have states that the suspension is set up for Australian conditions. The rear shocks are same appearance but red. On a separate note can some one confirm shock adjustment ie screw in for harder and screw out for softer.
Thanks
Colin
