Correct, my mistake in my earlier post the fuel pressure should be 58psi before the engine start and also with it running.

Dave, if your fuel pressure gauge is accurate then 52 psi is too low which again points to the fuelpump. I would say change the pump anyway as you have a spare.




I am in this camp, change the pump otherwise you will be let down somewhere you would rather not be.

Just wanted to say thank-you to everyone who had taken time out to help me with this. Steveo666 found it and gets the prise for spotting I had the injector leads on the wrong cylinders!. A stupid mistake I won't make again - and hopefully anyone else who does it will find it easier than I did(nt).
