I expect if you could it would be in sync with your insurance policy on a Plus Six  Barry M - I think you are right in that the early CX chassis will be the one to have in the long term, similar to the early Roadsters with the Getrag boxes are.

I don't know the answer to that Heinz, but I doubt you can turn it off completely, like most other performance cars.
If you are going to turn it off, why pay for it in the first place is my thinking.

I have one of the first plus four , with the first seats. My wife found them confortable, my son not , and i am using a tempur cover on the seat and it is also confortable. I like to be high in the car, in the new seat your are lower.

The boss lady found the original seats to flat and she kept sliding from side to side around the bends, so they had to go and the ear ache has stopped, with the new seats you do sit in them and not on them and are a lot more comfortable.

There seem to be quite a few really nice low mileage cars for sale at the moment at fair prices if there is such a thing, I wonder if the brake and radiator debacle has been a deal breaker for some. I love the plus six maybe one day, there are a few of them for sale also at attractive prices compared to new what's going on boys...... I suspect quite a few are owners who have chucked the towel in and moved on...

I wonder if the higher prices are bringing them into the realms of the very wealthy, who change their toys like most change their underwear......
There'll always be those who buy a Morgan because it's a Morgan, but the price now takes it out of the range of all but the most ardent fan.

Yep, with the dealers now offering their demos for £90k for a +4 and £110k for a +6, that’s big money and 40k more than one can be picked up s/h with only a few miles on the clock. I expect any suspension improvements on the MY23 will be offered as upgrades after market in due course

In fairness the low mileage cars are three years old so well before Morgan hiked all the prices again, so not much of a drop in price compared to three years ago but huge compared to today's prices.
