Ignoring any finer points .... a big heavy ' family' car with suspension optimised for comfort has inertia that will 'float' the body over bumps while the wheels mash up and down under it ... a light 'sporty' car with suspension aimed at handling will feel more of the wheel movement transmitted.
The graph looks pretty much where it should be to me:
Ka .... town car
Puma ... saloon car
Morgan ... sports car
I would expect the Morgan suspension to reflect the car's bias towards 'sportiness' in its feel over the bumps
