I am about to buy 4 new tyres for my 1979 4/4 they will go on a 5.5j x 15 minilites, currently I have 165 x 15 Firestone f560, can anyone recommend a make/supplier I should consider, I am not looking at hard wearing as I do minimal mileage per year.

I recently purchased these from Blackcircles for my 4/4 and very pleased Not sure if they have your size ? Vredestein T-Trac 2 165/80 R15 T tyres https://www.blackcircles.com/tyres/brands/vredestein/t-trac-2

The OP’s 165 x 15 Firestone tyres will be 165/80 R15.
Another vote for Vredestein T-Trac 2.

I also have the T Trac 2 in this size, let's just say they are the best of a bad lot of tyres available in this size!

Couldn’t complain with those prices
I just paid that each for four Michelin Cross Climate tyres for the T-Roc, plus fitting at 26€ a corner!

Another vote for T-Track 2.
In several posts this tires are highly recommended.
2005 4/4 1800ccm Duratec and a lot of HONDA CX500.......

It was around 2016 when I bought my first set of T-Track 2 tyres and since that time some other 4/4 drivers are as satisfied as I am. I am now on my second set. In difference to the old thread below the other brands now also show a „B“ for the performance in the wet but I still believe that the T-Track 2 is even today one of the best choices. . http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/335704/2

Thanks for all the replies, the ‘blackcircles’ price has increased by over £100, so if anyone can suggest another supplier that would be great
