A cold sunny day so passport in hand it was off to a GEG lunch at the White Hart Roydon in deepest darkest Nawfolk. Took Brum to Life Motors in Southport , Matt was terrific. Sorted small coolant leak, rev sticking, swapped tyre for spare, greased and tweaked, checked all underside and given a general once over, Blackpool to Southport and return, roof down, heater, heated seat :-) , warm hat, scarf, gloves, wax jacket and a big stupid smile all the way there and back. A day out with the local car club. One and a bit hours drive to Wingham for morning tea on the town green then to Winter Tavern in Taree for lunch. Followed by a quick run home up the motorway to avoid the impending storm.
