Superb car . I am not sure the bmw engine can still enter the lez in Brussels. And the lateral exhaust has to be removed before the passing the mot. But i like much the aero super sport because the hood can be removed . S4 Aero chassis cars with the 4.8L motor are Euro 5 compliant, so free to enter UK ULZ areas. Not sure about the 4.4s.

The 4.4L V8 in the S2 and S3 had the same engine and it shows as London ULEZ Compliant. Euro 5 as Peter mentions.
The S1 had a different variation of the 4.4 V8 (single VANOS cam) and using a numberplate off the interweb (shows 2001) it also shows Euro 5

Slightly odd MoT history ? (according to online resources): 21 Mar 2023 Pass Mileage: 6,548 miles Expiry date: 20 Mar 2024 + 701 miles travelled since last MOT. Date of last V5C (logbook) issued 20 June 2022 27 Sep 2021 Pass Mileage: 5,847 miles Expiry date: 26 Sep 2022 + 13 miles travelled since last MOT. 14 Sep 2021 Fail Mileage: 5,834 miles Reason(s) for failure • Headlamp aim projected beam image is obviously incorrect both (4.1.2 (c)) Repair immediately • Rear fog lamp not working (4.5.1 (a) (ii)) Repair immediately Where was the car hiding from 2012 onward ?
