I would be really interested to know what kind of premiums Plus Four owners are being charged. I've had a quote of £715 with a 3000 mile restriction from Gott & Wynn through ERS for a 2023. This seems on the high side to me. ERS is the same company my 4/4 is insured with.

Thanks, Paul

Sounds about right for a New Plus Four.

Is that with full NCB? My P6 is considerably less with LV.

I pay significantly less for my newPlus Six with Admiral. Only thing excluded is track day insurance

I don't think you earn NCB with Gott & Wynne. I'm not sure if this is the same with all specialist car insurances.

I do have a full NCD but it's correct you don't earn NCD with ERS, the company both Gott & Wynn and Headley use.

The one thing that Gott and Wynn include is that your Morgan is insured when left parked with the hood down. Lots of normal insurance companies say you must put the top up if the car is left parked, which may be OK with a power hood but not so good on a Mog.

I’ve had a plus six for two years nearly. Age 60, full NCB and 5,000 miles pa.car has declared mods: exhaust, suspension and tuned. Only had it insured with LV and just paid £251.80 to renew.

I went on the usual comparison sites and LV came out around that figure for me. Does your policy have agreed value?
