several accessories were delivered with the Morgan Roadster that I bought this week.
I can ride with the Easy fit soft top
I can ride with the tonneau cover

But I also have in the kit 2 flexible half-doors which are fixed above the doors of the cars.
Have you ever seen this before? If so, what is the use? :

It is a possibility they replace the zipped sections of the three zip tonneau cover. Which is fitted to some Morgans.

There are some Mog owners out here that use them in cold weather to reduce the cold wind coming over the top of the doors when not using the s/screens.

Never seen them before but Dave's explanation sounds spot on. I imagine windscreen side deflectors would have similar effect in reducing the considerable turbulence you receive with side screens off.

They probably would also help in the wet with rain spray from other road users

Indeed, the same effect as a three zipped tonneau, which I used often on my 4/4. I assume this solution means you have several Tenax fasteners extra!?

How do those headrests poke through, is there just a hole? Is it rainproof?
For my first Morgan I made some half side screens but they were solid so just fitted to the main brackets. I covered them in leatherlike plastic. They were essentially just the lower part of a standard sidescreen, no windows attached. I bound the tops with pipework foam covering wrapped in leathercloth to match the dash.
They were ok but I ended up never using them.Lots of work making them but it was fun.
