Unfortunately since Brexit, importing a car less than 30 years old into Europe is very expensive, at least 30% tax on top of the purchase price of the car

My bodybuilder who works perfectly with an English wheel should be able to easily create this aluminum rear panel.
It had worked great on my MTW :

I plan to quickly remove the rear spare wheel and replace it with an aluminum rear panel :

I haven't forgotten your proposal John.
But I hesitate to put a panel like yours, which requires drilling into the bodywork.
I'm thinking of making a disc that will fit into the bodywork without touching it.
A French friend has just made one for his Roadster :

That looks amazing, and I bet there would be a market for such a panel, although being Morgan there will no doubt be some variation in the size of the hole.
