Broke the screen on my Roadster trying to put up the neverflex hood...
Got a new mohair hood & no more problems:-)

neverflex is probably OK if you don't use the car in cold weather.

Graham , not as good as it used to be my inlaws inc b/in-law .I was driving their and back so only had 1 half of the black stuff . It was so hot I had to keep going outside to cool off and shove my way past all the young girls from the disco at the door ( no ideas please ) . My f/in-law had a 5 new valve heart opp in Sept . Yet the old bugger went round and kissed all the women before he left at 10-30 ( my wife walked him home ) I took my m/in-law home in the car 11-15 after she went round and kissed all the men , I asked if she had enough or was going back for second helpings . She did not get my humour . ( its their local ) Left my b/inlaw downing pints of the black stuff and a 33 year old oldgit single attractive girl who he knows sitting a few people away from him . I told him go on get yourself in its new year chat her up . He is afraid of women . By the time I got to their house my wife and f/in-law had scoffed all the best food and left me the cold bits . We left after midnight I drove home not a sole about in our village , by how times have changed . It had been a rush around sorting it out for others and I was tired . Shame Im not 19 any more I could go days without sleep and those girls would have not known what hit them after the bar was drunk dry

At least you made it to midnight, after 4 busy days back at work I was in the land of nod by 11pm. New years eves are not what they used to be oldgit the bikers pub in Nuneaton ( centre of the known universe ) where we used to go for an all night lock- in is long gone, I did make it to church for the evening service then dozed cozychair through Brighton Rock despite the dreamy Andrea Risborough laugh
