This particular Morgan and its driver that inspired you 40 years ago, look rather familiar! Both still exist, one in the UK, the other (the +8) in the USA.

Hi Harry and welcome! My first Morgan experience was when I was around 4 years old...my godfather had one and gave me a ride in it. Never forgot the experience!
If you do get to the factory later in the year for a tour....it may be me who takes you round!

Hello to you all, I'm Harry, age 15, so possibly one of the youngest members! Unfotunately however, as being 15, I cannot own a Morgan... It's not age that counts but the passion! At your age I discovered the mog with this photo ... which dates from 1969. I have bought that 40 years later! Sorry to be a pedant but that was taken in about 1971 when the Stones were living in the South of France recording Exile on Main Street. Welcome to the forum Harry and Edward BTW.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome chaps, we're already planning a factory visit!
I don't care how cold it is, we're having the roof down.

Presumably Edward is your (soon to be Morgan Owning Grandfather?). Happy Days are coming your way. You could always start a collection of Models while you wait for your turn. Beginning with a piece of Morgan History http://www.morgan-motor.co.uk/shop/product.phtml?id=407&cat=all&offset=0It's not age that counts but the passion! Now, ma08mog, are you saying that you now actually own Mr Micheal (Mick) Jaggers old Morgan, or that his picture in it just inspired you?. (I bet it was the haircut really )

Hello to you all, I'm Harry, age 15, so possibly one of the youngest members! Unfotunately however, as being 15, I cannot own a Morgan. Hi Harry and welcome to TM. I think I was a little younger than you when I first wanted a Morgan, and like the other guys it took a few years to get my own. Reading your post I think you need to think about a change of approach along the line of "Grandad I've found this wonderful website for Morgans where everyone is really cool and helpful. I Know your not to good on the Internet but the moderators have given me temporary membership which runs out next week. If you can put my name on the log book I can post up a copy and they will grant me lifetime membership which means we'll be able to go out on drives with the lads" If he says no, you know what to ask for next Christmas or your birthday

Hi you two. Welcome to TM. Have fun in your new Morgan !
Harry, if I may be so bold, I would like to ask if you can tell us, from your perspective, what you think about Morgans. It will be interesting to hear your view on things. (most of us here are getting on a bit, so a fresh perspective will be interesting to hear)
