Ps ..... saw her live with Ike at the Empire Pool Wembley in 1972 ... supported by Fanny (great name for a groundbreaking all female group ... has a different meaning their side of the pond 🙂)
Pps .... surprisingly, Marc Bolan of T Rex fame played the guitar on the original of this .... incongruous as it seems with the powerhouse amazon Tina and the androgynous glam rock Marc ... shows the unifying power of music 🙂

Yes RIP Tina an amazing talent, had it not have been for her husband donating one of his kidneys to her in 2017 we would not have enjoyed seeing her play Glastonbury or Wembley, it was on the telly last year, fly high Tina.

Just been revisiting this and thought it was worth sharing - great song for a great (heavenly) voice. If it doesn't give you goose bumps maybe nothing does.
