Taking the 360 to spain later this year and have car recovery insurance via nationwide flex plus account. It seems to cover recovery to the UK so the question is has anyone got experience of using them.

Ask them who they sub it to just to confirm, possibly in the paperwork?

It looks like AA for the UK but I think the AA have part ownership of ARC Europe which is a consortium. It is about as top layer as you will find I think.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

It’s definitely AA for the UK - used them via my Nationwide a/c recently.

AA app needed on your phone.

In France now so relying on it if I get in the merde so would be interested to know but assume it will be contracted to a local/national break down firm.

I think it depends on the incident. I have had a car involved in a bad accident recovered from France. That was done via my Insurance Company. Breakdowns on the Morgan in France, Austria and Bosnia I have done via RAC. But all fixed without recovery. Gott and Wynn have European recovery for a really reasonable £25 pa.

I understand in Europe the AA use ERS which is the same company that Gott & Wynne use.

I've had to have a M3W recovered twice, once from France and once from Denmark and the service has been excellent but does take some time. Each time it took about 4 weeks to recover the vehicle as they have to wait until there is a full transporter load and in my case they treated the car as a premium vehicle so brought back with McLaren's, Astons, Ferraris etc.
