My money is on a (yet another revival/tribute/pastiche etc) redo of an old model - perhaps the +4SLR ?
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

I can't believe that with all those designers at Pickersleigh Rd they can't come up with something a bit more forward thinking and progressive than re-doing the trad body on the new chassis.
Perhaps now they have a good modern platform and drivetrain they could offer different body styles, trad or EVA GT style.

I think they need to do something.. and fast.. for the UK market at least..
CX Sales aren’t doing great, just have to look at the dealer stock levels.. there is hope for the US market but I can’t see it, they didn’t sell many Roadsters or +4’s there..
Trad sales aren’t doing great either on the second hand market, dealer stock is high and some new good value to be had at auctions..
Not sure about Europe and ROW markets but I don’t hear talk or the waiting lists enjoyed by the premium brands such as Porsche, Alpine etc
Finance is also now expensive which puts people off the finance deals and if you have a 100k you could buy a morgan and loose £40k in 3 years and do 3 to 5k that’s quite a high price per mile figure..
Just my thoughts.. it’s a difficult market at the minute

For sure it is a buyers market. I'm pleased that Ian wanted my Plus 8 at a price that we could both agree on. Cash sale, no dealer involvement.

Interesting the new dealer has put up a Super 3 on Collecting Cars, will be interesting to see what I makes.. https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2023-morgan-super-3One good way to clear stock.
