It ended up the fault was due to the wiring loom from the ECU to the Throttle Body

Glad you got it sorted, I found some of the wiring on the Series 1 getting a bit brittle under the wings and had to cut back and re crimp the lights and horn and indicators. Fair chance someone disturbed a wire when they replaced the throttle body or even a bad connection on yours. Good luck anyway . Em
