Thank you very much, Tim. Really a good looking car. Amazing how the copy exudes so much more "morganess" and style than Morgans current tricycles.

Thank you very much, Tim. Really a good looking car. Amazing how the copy exudes so much more "morganess" and style than Morgans current tricycles. Did you order it with the larger (850) engine, which really transforms the performance?

No, I stayed with the 750. Performance seems pretty nippy to me.

Tim a very nice looking car. 30 years ago I had a testdrive with an "old" JZR with HONDA CX500-engine. I was very interested because I own some CX500 and my mates with Guzzi/ Sidecar told me too much storys about their problems. The JZR was far to small inside vor me (especially for my feet). And driving it with my wife was nearly impossible. So I think the Pembleton is also to small for us... No problem for us - as we ended with the 4/4  But as I said: A very nic looking car.

Pembleton were at the last Bicester event I went to. Small car company vibe and friendly discussion with the chap attending. Seemed a little strange to compare the experience with the Morgan team there (which I think I posted about before) which was a much fancier building, seemingly targeting more the “moneyed car owning set” vs the “ regular oil-stained enthusiast”…
Having said that, while the Moto Guzzi V twin is great, and FWD no doubt useful in winter, and the T24 with 4 wheels s great, I would still go for a Super 3 over a Pembleton. If I had room / funds of course (and the “room” question is pertinent as I’m not sure a Super 3 will fit my typical 30’s semi’s garage due to its extra width)…

Tim, congratulations! That is a great looking car. I won'der if they export to the US? At the current rate of 10 cars a year, you Brits are probably snatching them all up!

My house is from the early 80’s with a single garage and it won’t fit

For those worried about cockpit width inside a Pembleton, they are wider inside than they used to be.
When I ordered the chassis for my self build (one of the last batch) I had Phil make it 4" wider for me, he was concerned that extra width would spoil the lines of the car.
It turned out OK, and comfortable for continental touring.
Factory built cars appear to be built to the new width.
