Fortunately, it is a model of a passenger aircraft and not a drone.

What an outstanding project ... bet the first time they flew it was a nerve-wracking experience ... slow the film a little and it could pass for a vid of the real thing!

Agreed thumbs I do wonder what the public liability insurance costs though. 149Kg of pointy thing hitting someone at any speed would ruin their day.

During the looping, the German announcer said, well, the stewardess just handed out the drinks.

Sorry it's a FB clip and not everyone subscribes but can't find it elsewhere.

Ps .... the FB algorithm may chuck any random clip on after the intended one but the back button will fix that!! 🙂

I'm not a pilot but I did almost exactly the same landing in a 2 man plane flying to a game station in Timbavate in S Africa. One difference was a low level fly over to make sure there were no elephants on the small cleared runway / track. Next step landing and the first job thereafter was to tei the plane down because apparently elephants tip things over just for fun. Then as dusk gathered bouncing down the track in a knackered old land rover with an armed ranger. Eyes glinting in the headlights, And you could smell the stink of the hyenas let alone hear them.
