Recently put some new rubber matting down on my garage floor and noticed a small oily leak on said flooring when I back my 2014 M3W out.
Not much, couple of spots but it's there.
With no ramps its hard to see where its coming from but when parked up its underneath bevel box , gearbox area. Dead center.
Any help appreciated before I take it to a dealer

If it is under the bevel box it is likely to the oil seal on the front of the bevel box. The standard Nitrile seals fail quite regularly get it replace with a Viton seal, they seem to be much better.
