Aa big thank you to all who offered advice on my problem which is now fixed. All four Vanos sensors on front of engine cleaned and replaced. Plus two new exhaust Cam Sensors fitted. Been out on three runs since having work done and light has stayed off.
Thanks to everyone once again for all your help.
