Does anyone happen to know the dimensions of the O-ring on the fuel filler cap (4/4 model year 2005)?
I would like to replace/ order the O-ring and the Morgan is a bit far away from me.

bmgermany take a look at this thread. Not sure what sort of filler cap you have. Mine is a 2006 4/4 and I bought the ring size as shown and it’s been fine

I ended up buying a 2 pack of these - not expensive

Thank you for your help which I appreciate very much!

I have exactly the same fuel cap.

I have tried but for me as a non-native English speaker it is hard to use the right keywords for the search function - and then read many posts to find out if the info I am looking for is included.

Once again, thank you for the exact this measurements I was looking for!

I think Viton might be a better choice of material for O rings in contact with fuel

I think a Viton O ring would be a better choice than nitrile, with it being in contact with fuel

Owen you are right.

I have chosen an FKM / FPM o-ring. Viton seems to be a trade name for this material.
