Schiehallion Scooby Do

On holiday in the Hills, don’t often mention the Subaru but if this car could dream, it would dream of roads like these, it’s magic!
Couldn’t take the Morgan, needed the back seat for this jaunt.

This 1000 metre mountain is “Schiehallion” in Perthshire.

I do like the old 'three number three letter' plates (have one on the old Harley) .... old Portsmouth number?

There will be some dangerous beasts roaming around here, the wild haggis hunt in packs. Didn’t visit the “Highland Safari” so it would be unfair to criticise, but it’s an unfortunate choice of location, kinda lowers the expectations somewhat.

Yep! ..... "Visit the Highland Safari Park ... just on the edge of Dull"

Not an Ad-Man's dream strapline!

Looks like you're having a good trip

Ugh….last day today, I hate packing up and why does it always seem there’s twice as much stuff on the way home😂

Might have another picture or two to go, we’re going back over Glenshee for the road home.

Will the Morgan be in attendance? .... I feel a 'Glenshee GP' coming on woohoo .... or will wisdom and prudence prevail over setting a bad example for one of your pride and joys while he's driving one of your other pride and joys?? 😁

The Glenshee GP was a blast, he lead the way in the 4/4 at a pace I thought was brisk to say the least, he claims he never exceeded 60!
The chequered flag was waved at Braemar. We saw Dame Judi Dench there, since it was Sunday and out of respect, she didn’t ask for a selfie and an autograph, shame really, I’d have been happy to oblige 😂
I met another famous celebrity up the Linn of Dee but I can’t get the picture to load so that will have to be a later post.

Here you are, our very own Red3 found roaming the wilds.
It was great to see you, Calum, high time we had a bleather, it was long over due,

A couple of other spots, I really liked this Italian motorcycle, even the rider said it was all style and not very practical, just the way I’d like it😂

Blue light roadside chat, nothing to see here😂, he was holding us back awaiting a wide load on a single track road.

Fabulous run up through Braemar yesterday on the way home from Aboyne. Mostly deserted roads, so a great run over Glen Shee and down into Perth!
