I've never seen any publicity about smartcar going up on 2 wheels or turning over. Merc a class yes, but not smartcar
Even though they delayed introduction and fitted sophisticated traction control system on the Smart four two, you can find pictures on the web with the cars literally tipped over backwards onto their backside/boot lid with all 4 wheels off the ground.

Having owned and driven a classic MTW for many years the biggest fear is a rear flat tyre, this can throw you into a tank slapper and you will, unless very lucky, roll it.
The other VERY dangerous manoeuvre is a reverse J Turn, you will deffo flip...was TG hooning around in the Super 3 ?
It is surprisingly easy to tip over some vehicles -as I found out with a bunch of school friends in an Anglia van round a 90 degree bend in a suburban street -at slowish speed. We crawled out and put it back on its wheels -much hilarity after getting over the surprise.
I remember when the Suzuki SJ 410 was declared dangerous as it was likely to roll over. I did 130 k miles in mine competed in off road trials all over the country and never had any problem. I have seen several cars flip over from just clipping a curb. It's the driver not the car.
Just about „rolling threewheelers“ I remember the italian Vespa Ape. A friend of me has got one. One day one of rear dampers stuck and turns it twowheeling. It was soll than.
But I also remember:
Greets René
2018 plus4 (sports green) with a homemade really shiny red tinted dash…
That's why for example we all drive on the same side of the road, we stop at red traffic lights, we give way at junctions, we have speed limits,
Not driven in Leicester then John ?
Well that's the theory, often the practice varies from place to place........must admit its been nearly 50 years since I visited Leicester, normally I'm passing thru on the way to somewhere else. The last time I visited there were still some shoe manufacturing going on, for what was once one of the leading shoe manufacturing areas, is there much local shoe manufacturing these days?
