Strange how people always go for an exclusive brand colour, why not Dacia Arizona orange rather than Bentley burnt orange for example. It would have tickled my sense of humer to choose a Dacia colour. Unfortunately they don’t offer a metallic maroon. At the risk of contradicting you, I “committed” this mistake twice. The first by choosing a “sidobre” gray from the 206 Peugeot on a Roadster . The second, on my current plus four by choosing a “quartz” gray from the Fiat 500.

I love this colour too. I’m not sure if it would work well on a Morgan though.

I have heard of this before. Dan at Krazey Horse mentioned the same thing with one of the Bentley colours which actually links to a Lotus colour. I think colour is more important than where it’s from . I spotted one in Rutters in this colour and decided it was the one for me.
