Welcome Dave, researching the subject as you have been doing is the best way
to start, or in your case finish a restoration project. Seeking help from other
owners through Morgan forums such as this or joining a club is also vital.
Posting photos of your car in its present state will certainly generate many
appreciative and helpful comments from the forum participants.
Best of luck with your project. cheers

Thank you all for the welcome

There’s not much validated history on the Morgan.
I bought it locally from a guy that purchased it from an estate sale. Appeared to have a replacement frame and missing a good amount of parts
Aluminum body panels and “firewall”. A lot of bits and pieces. I knew going in that the “seller” was unable to find a stamping in the replacement frame.

I’ve had her since September and basically have been doing a good bit of research on what I have and what I need to finish the Morgan.
As I started going over the car I realized that there were some items that appeared to be mocked up and needing final assembly. I made the decision to
take her apart and start fresh, the project appears to have been stalled out at least 20 years ago. There are numerous “new” parts that have aged.

I’ll include a few pics (I have over 500 already haha)
I am leaning towards starting at the back, sorting out the rear axle and dampers as there are no attach points for them
Sort out fuel tank,lines etc

I need to re-read the FAQ regarding posting pics. Haha

I’ll add some shortly.

Cheers
Dave

Welcome Dave:
I'm not sure what part of GA you are from, but there are lots of us in the N. GA area. Also, there is a great group here: MogSouth which is active and a good source of information. If you have problems getting in touch, message me and I will hook you up with an address. (Always a great Christmas party), They are great cars and always attract attention where ever they go. Good Luck!
