Couldn't get her to fail at all today, but a set of the Durite relays ordered,
and I've told her that she's on a final warning when they arrive.

Sorry to hear she’s on notice. Perhaps one more last thing?

The Ford antenna modules are normally super reliable, as are the chips in the keys. The led flashing rapidly implies the immobilizer isn’t receiving the, good to go signal. The connector’s contact resistance just might be the issue. Two of the four connector wires are signals. The connector appears to be an IDC connector with tin plated contacts. Not the best combination for carrying signals in an open environment long term. Perhaps next time she fails, give the connector a little wiggle with your finger. If that works, a few makes and breaks and a squirt of switch cleaner might help.

Had a magnified look a the connector Rog, looks good.
I'm going to eliminate the relays as a possible cause and
then home in on the coil.
