December is when my MOT is due on the Mog and I combine it with a service with the very excellent Matty at Lifes Motors in Southport

So today was booked in months ago and I was getting a bit worried last week at the weather, particularly the icy heavy rain we had last weekend but today was just a peach of a day to take the Mog out for a morning drive

Minus one and a beautiful sunny crisp frosty morning

I wrapped up warm, thermal undies, woolie hat, scarf and a very mod ventile military parka and set off for what was a gorgeous drive towards the coast

Matty has moved from the centre of Southport to Banks which is just outside North West of Southport

Very impressed with the new garage, a nice cosy waiting room, office and much more space than what was the old workshop

Collected it later this aft and just had to take a rather large detour

Lucky man the weather was nice here to after all that rain & gloom
