Is it an EV then?  No - it's a diesel Evoque. I understand (having just been on a course regarding EVs mainly from the motorsport perspective) that said RR very likely had "assistance".

Seems there is a lot of Chinese "Lego" about  On another note, my local tyre place has an offer on Michelin tyres - buy 4 and you an apply for a Lego technic Bugatti: https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/special-offers/michelin-tyre-offerJust had to replace 4 on the 90 - bank account is rather empty now!  Two or more and you can only claim a Ferrari
