So I managed to fit the manifold this afternoon, it goes in upside down from underneath the wing, through into the engine bay and then turns 180 degs, sounds simple BUT wow, was it tricky !
When bolted in position there isn't much clearance between the inner wing and the down pipes, I'm hoping the engine doesn't rock too much when running or I'll have to remove some of the inner wing. It's also quite close to the wiring loom, closer than I'd like, so may have to re-route that or make up a heat shield of some kind.
The O2 sensor wire is too short, I'll extend that tomorrow.
Later this week I'll be fitting the ITG Induction kit, I hope that goes a little smoother
