Here it is.. good luck - I have no association with the firm or draw but it could be a good chance for an aspiring Mog owner smile

Is it an original Morgan steering wheel? If so, it used to be nicer than it is today. The car looks very attractive overall.

Yes- I had the same wheel on mine, although the spokes were silver, not black. I think it's stamped as an astrali but could be wrong. The steering boss is the same but I had to swap my wheel as it was too big. Mine also came from the same dealer and has that tag on the dash. Probably in the dealer at the same time!

If they sell all the tickets at £9* they'll gross £45K, which would be a hefty price for a '72 4/4. According to the terms & conditions the competition deadline will be extended until all tickets are sold, but at this moment they are standing at 30K which I think is still a good return, even with admin costs.

*Note that you can avoid paying anything by sending in a postal entry, the details are here: postal entry. All competitions of chance like these are legally required to offer a free entry option, although they always try to disguise this as much as possible! I don't know what proportion of entrants do this. I can't be bothered but if I could, I'd go for a million-pound house rather than another 4/4.

With respect Ian I think we are are most of us well versed in the TV so called competitions and the way they work, these others are no different. All being businesses not charities.

Several charities use this form of competition including the 1M house one's,
I don't enter any of them or the Lottery as I know sufficient maths to know it's a losers game.

My point of posting this was to give someone a chance to join us Mogger's that may not have otherwise been able to fund one, at £9 a crack or free entry there is little to lose for those that like the game of chance..
