I have to know if the plus 4 100th anniversary build in 2009 has the mazda gearbox or ford?

Definately has the Ford MT-75 gearbox same as in the ford cosworth sierra.

I saw a roadster 3.7 this morning to sale.
The sailer said the morgan has no maintenance book....it is strange, I think that those cars have usually a maintenance book.
What do you think about it?

Another question please: Is the pvc roof is not so good that the mohair hood or it's a esthetic choice?

I have no service/maintenance book for my 4/4. No idea whether the previous owner lost it or kept it for himself (I didn't meet him as mine was a commission sale from a dealer).
However, I did have a lot of receipts for work carried out. A maintenance book means very little - itemised receipts should give a much better service history.

Our 2014 4/4 has a handbook with dealer stamps etc for service in the back. I would expect a 3.7 Roadster to have one.
Were I to sell it, it would have all the service stamps as well as the receipts showing exactly what maintenance was done and when.

Was the car for sale at a Morgan dealer?

As Graham says, you should have some service history even if in the form of receipts and bills.

If no history at all, I suggest walking away and finding a car that has some proof of being cared for.

Well a Brooklands is a great car. The pvc is fine but it hardens with age and the cars are from 2014.
It should have a service book. In the UK you can look at the yearly state safety check records the so called MOT or in Germany the TUV. They may give you some info.
