I have just collected my first Morgan - a 2005 V6 Roadster, first owned by Richard Hammond. Is there TM forum user local to me in Chichester who I can chat to about servicing etc?
Thanks, Nick 07934 463993

Welcome from a soggy South East Ireland - I hope the car has forgotten the Hampster's penchant for crashing!!!
Cheers!

I'm based in the New Forest (so quite a way from Chichester). After 3 years of Roadster ownership, my advice is to assess what level of servicing you require, and consider a good local garage for routine stuff -- you will definitely pay a premium for a Morgan specialist. [Others may be of a contrary view]. If you plan to leave your car for more than a few hours, check the availability of a courtesy car, and/or public transport links to get you home. As well as New Elms (Shaftesbury), check-out Richard Thorne (Reading), and Bell & Colvill (between Leatherhead and Guildford), they are all about the same distance and time from you as far as I can see from Google maps.

I frankly would find a good local garage. For most things appart maybe king pin replacement they should be able to service your car.
