Can images in TM IMG be rotated after uploading? I can't see any edit routes for this.?
Actually the files are not being rotated, they are just being displayed "as is" without the information necessary to rotate them correctly. The problem was that a mod that I made to try and resolve another problem created this more serious problem by stripping out the exif data which includes a parameter for orientation.

For more details see my post at https://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/796775/re-what-up-with-tmimg#Post796775

I have had to revert to the stock settings where all xxxx.jpg files are converted to xxxx.jpeg type file extensions.

This will not cause problems with files embedded using the [img][/img] tags but it does mean that files intended for an Avatar must be uploaded in a different format. If anyone needs assistance for this please contact me.

Also if anyone needs any existing files corrected to the correct orientation let me know and I can correct them.

Any files uploaded now should display with the correct orientation.

Further thread drift!

I was given a Booknook kit for my birthday and it has been keeping me occupied for the last couple of weeks. I finished it last night...

I've never had much of a talent for making models but this cardboard and MDF push-together kit was within my capabilities.

Nice one Ian, those kits are really quite charming, aren't they?

I think we need a "Diorama-Thread"

So let me take part on this thread drift. laugh2

A few months ago I decided to build a workshop diorama for my Morgan and BMW models.

It was actually my wife's fault, because she was afraid that the two models would get too dusty and as I have seen some nice minitures (carpenter, Painter...) at a Christmas fair I decided to do her the favour...

My mistake was not to notice that the minitures I have seen were in 1/18 scale.
My models are 1/43. scared

So fitting parts for my projekt are very rare and very very tiny.

As a draft, I cut open a cardboard box and copied and designed the walls, yesterday's etc.

I now have several 1:43 scale models of workshop equipment piled up! These are waiting to be assembled and painted...

Here is a (small) part of my current design with some (half-finished) items of equipment.

Ye gods that's a level of patience I cannot even begin to comprehend. Amazing.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
