Can anyone who has a CX luggage rack over an 15" alloy spare wheel tell me how long the T-bar bolt is please.

Thanks.

My spare wheel is a spoked wheel. But maybe that will help you too.
I went to the garage briefly and measured the following
The total length of my T-bar is 180 mm. The thread has a length of 30 mm
The picture only shows an "intermediate measurement"

Many thanks. Mine which looks the same and is only 145mm in length. I've been told by one deanship a longer version is required and by another that what I have should be ok! As the cost of the longer version is £165 I don't want to add this on to the cost of the rack! mad

A sleeve nut and a short length of threaded studding would easily extend the bar and sort this out for around a fiver.

Interesting. Do you know the size of the thread on the bar?

Pretty confident that it is M12 x 1.75.

Changed the mounting of my rear wheel on my 4 seater from a two stud fitting to the same style as the wire wheels, so got a T bar, cut it down and increased the thread length, and used a stud connector to mount to the rear panel. My ebay history shows I bought a M12 x 1.75 die.
